When is the sale?

The limited-time sale begins on Friday, November 1 at 9:00 AM PT and ends on Tuesday, December 3 at 11:59 PM PT, or while supplies last.  

 

What is the offer during the sale?  

During the sale period or while supplies last, customers will receive 30% off select Holiday products and free ground shipping on orders of $125 USD/CAD (excluding applicable taxes). Prices are as marked on beautycounter.com.

Will there be a limit to how many of a certain product customers can purchase during this sale?

To ensure fair access for everyone, and because existing inventory is limited, customers will be limited to 10 units per SKU during the sale period. 

Will returns be accepted?

All products purchased during the sale are final, and we’re unable to process returns or exchanges – thank you for understanding. 

My item(s) were damaged/lost/stolen in transit, what do I do?

What is the expected shipping time frame for US and Canadian orders? 

Orders shipped with Standard Ground delivery typically arrive within 5-7 business days after the order has been processed. For the most up-to-date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found in your shipping confirmation email.
